Service Description

We start with a welcome where we talk about different pregnancy / birth topics each week and then work on some breathing/ visualisation techniques to help you when in labour. Yoga based exercises are an important part of each session you don't need any previous experience of yoga. The main benifits: • Reduced back ache • Improved quality of sleep • Reduced anxiety • Strengthened joints and muscles • Increased flexibility • Increased blood circulation • Reduced swelling from fluid retention • Improved posture and body awareness • Strengthened abdominal and pelvic muscles • Improved digestive These are followed by gentle massage techniques. We then break With my delicious homemade cake which gives you the precious opportunity to have a chat with other mums to be. Finally, we end the session with a well-earned relaxation.
