Pregnancy is a time to be supported and so we have tried to keep classes available either via safe socially distanced classes or through video classes.

In-person classes guidance:

Please bring with you your own mat, scarf and cushion

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the class is due to begin. Please we’re a mask on arrival and wait outside Until I CALL YOU IN. When you enter please use the hand sanitizer which is provided and set your mat up.

Please bring your own mat to class, we are unable to lend out equipment at the moment, I will bring a few spares just in case which will be cleaned.


Please stick to the social distancing guidelines.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CLASS

The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
